After a near-death experience in the waters of Cape Cod, the successful businessman, Allen Bauer, finds himself in the same perplexing predicament, nearly twenty years later. All wet but alive, Allen returns home, only to realise that his mysterious blonde saviour--the innocent, Madison--has followed him back to New York City, holding his wallet.
