Alexis Adams lay in bed, topless and bound to the headboard with her wrists. A ball gag was in her mouth, and a man was talking to her. He tossed a used condom at her before leaving. Suddenly, another man walked in and threatened her with an axe. Just as he was about to swing it, the first man returned and was killed by the axe.
